Full Bins, Full Plates, Full Hearts

In September, the generous folks at Community Hospital of San Bernardino in California came up with a plan to donate Thanksgiving meals to military, homeless and low-income families. There was one problem; they didn’t have proper containers to hold all the food.   

Quick to help those in need, the team at HCL® came up with their own plan. A veteran himself, Kyle Sharpe, Vice President of Sales, authorized an order of 70 bins, which were shipped immediately at no cost to the hospital. 

While assembling donations last week, coordinators at the hospital shared their enthusiasm along with a photo. “Look at what is going on at (our facility)!” their email read. “We will be filling the boxes this week and distributing them next week!”

Being able to help serve, both those coordinating the meals and those receiving them, is a tremendous blessing for the HCL family. The effort by the Community Hospital team exemplifies the spirit of the season!
