Account Manager Eric Trent understands the importance of making personal connections and solving problems and he looks forward to doing both for his customers. Approachable is the word he said best describes him.  “I value building strong relationships and am very passionate about finding the best solution for the customer,” he said. “If a solution doesn't make sense, then I want to spend the extra time finding one that does. I also value transparency and honesty in my customer relationships, so that my customers can be confident that my true intentions are their satisfaction.”

Trent attended Cedarville University, first to study Music Performance, then shifted his focus to Marketing. He began his career as a logistics broker, arranging truckload shipments and working with carriers to move product across the U.S. during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. He transitioned to a role in tech sales at Microsoft and worked as an account manager for small to medium businesses.

Music plays a big role in Trent’s life. He’s played the drums since he was 12 years old and spends most of his time outside of work rehearsing, playing gigs or playing for his church. He is also passionate about film. “While I would not call myself an expert, I hold a very heavy appreciation for the cultural impact of movies,” he said, “and the artistry that goes into making them.” Trent, who has 3 siblings, is married with 1 dog the couple treats as their child. He said she is a beagle/pit mix that literally trained herself and is “the most well-behaved dog that I've ever met.”  

Fun fact: He never learned how to ride a bike.
