Hayley Roberts is an Account Manager for hospitals across Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and Washington, D.C. A 2013 graduate of Ohio University, she’s all-in when it comes to creating real customer connections.  

“I love building relationships with my customers,” she says. “We can talk about your kids, your pet peeves and your supply needs all in one.” 

At home, she’s a proud mom to her daughter Aria, who loves cheerleading, gymnastics and shopping. She also shares her space with her cats, Kevin and Rosie.

Fun facts: Roberts lives closer to the office than anyone else — so close, rumor has it, the Wi-Fi might even reach. She also speaks Spanish and spent time living in Mexico, bringing a global perspective to her work.
