A native born Buckeye, Paula and her husband Rick live in Pickaway County, Ohio, with all of the wild animals that come with living in the countryside. She celebrates 11 years as part of the HCL Sales Management Team this month, and now works as part of the Marketing team as the Database Specialist. Her job changes daily, as she ensures the integrity of HCLs ever-growing customer database and assists with a number of other tasks associated with producing the most tantalizing catalogs for which HCL is well known. Schleppis main objective has always been to deliver the utmost in customer service. That is what landed her at HCL. She believes in the company values, its mission and overall business philosophy. Outside of work, she spends her time with family and friends, shopping antiques/boutiques, fishing and boating on Lake Erie, traveling to and/or through old rural towns and discovering their historic past, photography, arts and crafts.
