Health Care Logistics Purchases New Manufacturing Plant in Circleville
Health Care Logistics® (HCL®) is proud to announce the purchase of a new manufacturing plant in Circleville — the former RCA building — marking a major investment in the future of its production operations.
The newly acquired building, 156 Circle Lane — just ½ mile from the company’s World Headquarters, will represent the next chapter of growth and innovation at HCL®. The company closed on the property last week.
“The building has great bones,” HCL® President Bethany Reid said, “ but it’s going to take some serious elbow grease to get it ready for our people.”
During the next six to nine months, HCL® will begin extensive renovations to bring the new building up to its high operational standards. Painting, roofing, floor preparation and new office construction will pave the way for the arrival of equipment and teams.
“We’re no strangers to rehabbing old manufacturing facilities,” Reid said, adding the company’s current headquarters previously housed a Coca-Cola plant. “We’re excited to continue to breathe manufacturing life back into the south side of Circleville.”
The company will transition its Metals, Plastics and Cabinet divisions into the new manufacturing plant over the next 12 to 18 months. These teams now include approximately 50 employees at facilities in Grove City and Urbancrest, with long-term plans to double that number in the next five to 10 years.
As part of the move, HCL® is making significant investments in new equipment to support expanded capabilities and productivity.
This purchase represents more than additional square footage, it’s a symbol of HCL®’s commitment to smart, sustainable growth — and to supporting American manufacturing in Pickaway County.
