Interns Gain Hands-On Experience Delivering Customer Solutions

Our Business Exploration Internship Program is about more than learning how our company operates; it’s about experiencing it firsthand.

 

During a recent mock review session with our Product Strategy team, our interns were put to the test when President Bethany Reid made an unexpected visit. The surprise challenged them to think quickly, apply what they've learned and gain a deeper understanding of how new products are introduced.

 

They've also worked alongside our Resource Group, shadowed employees in our Purchasing department and spent time in our warehouse, getting a closer look at daily operations. Through those experiences, they’ve gained insight into the behind-the-scenes efforts that help connect customers with the right solutions.

 

Each day brings new challenges, new lessons and new opportunities to grow. We're proud of everything our interns have accomplished so far and look forward to seeing what they achieve next!
