Sales Team Goes Behind the Scenes at Hospital Pharmacy

What better way to understand our customers than to step into their world?

 

Sales team members Sherry and Ashley recently spent time job shadowing at a hospital pharmacy, getting a firsthand look at the people, the processes and the behind-the-scenes work. They even got to use some of our own products along the way.

 

“Working hands on, you see how many people it takes to run that department at such a big facility,” Ashley said. “I enjoyed the experience and definitely respect the pharmacy as a whole — a lot more now, knowing all that they do on a daily basis.”

 

And it wasn’t all work. Sherry and Ashley also got to take part in the pharmacy administrator’s daily candy bar tradition.

 

The best way to serve our customers is to understand their world firsthand, and sometimes that means walking a mile in their shoes.
