Service Spotlight: James Jones
Join us in congratulating Sales Trainer James Jones on his five-year anniversary! We asked him to reflect on his time so far. Here’s what he shared.
š¬ What do you enjoy most about your work?
I really like helping people get to where they need to be when they start at Health Care Logistics®. From day one they start as a blank slate and they are usually a little scared and a little excited, and I get the privilege of helping them be successful. The “a-ha” moment is worth it.
š¬ Do you have a specific training success story or moment that has stuck with you?
Honestly, all the classes have all been wonderful. If what we did in training leads to a successful employee and increased sales, then I consider it a win.
š¬ For fun: Tell us what you’re binge watching or listening to this month.
I don’t do a lot of binge watching. The summers are usually spent working in the yard, spending time with friends and family and in the winter, I tend to binge watch sports.
James has a passion for helping others grow and succeed and it has made a lasting impact. We are proud to celebrate his milestone today, and we look forward to what the future brings!
