š¬ Biggest lesson you’ve learned in your 20 years at HCL®?
I’ve learned that growth comes from avoiding complacency and embracing change. Being adaptable during times of change has helped me continue to learn and grow over the years.
š¬ What advice has stuck with you throughout your career?
One piece of advice that’s stayed with me throughout my leadership career is to not be afraid to make a decision. Even when decisions are difficult, taking ownership and moving forward is often better than standing still.
š¬ What does this milestone mean to you?
Achieving this milestone is an absolutely blessing. When I first joined HCL®, I worked in the warehouse, part time, while still in high school. Fast forward 20 years, and I’ve had the opportunity to grow through multiple roles while also watching HCL® grow and expand as well. I’m truly honored and thankful to celebrate this milestone with a company that has helped shape my career.
