Service Spotlight: Sallie Stephenson
Join us in congratulating Account Manager Sallie Stephenson on her five-year service anniversary! She took a quick break from covering her territory — hospitals in the Metro New York area — to reflect on her journey so far. Here’s what she shared.
š¬ What does this first milestone mean to you?
Five years in this position has been exciting and rewarding. The customers are so much fun and great to work with. HCL® is a wonderful company to work for, and the people I work with truly are family.
š¬ What advice has stuck with you throughout your career?
Always be truthful, honest and timely with your communication to the customer. Even if it is not the information they expected, the response is more easily accepted.
š¬ Favorite way to spend your free time?
I love to spend time with my large and extended family! A close second is traveling to new places and experiencing new things.
