š¬ What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned in your 10 years at HCL®?
Change is constant and we all must be able to adapt quickly and efficiently to best serve our customers.
š¬ What does this milestone mean to you?
This milestone is very special to me. It signifies the growth that I’ve achieved both professionally and personally.
š¬ What is your advice to someone starting a career in Sales?
Taking care of the customer is the #1 priority! You must also have a positive mindset. Negativity will do nothing but bring you down and will influence everyone around you. We all encounter peaks and valleys in Sales; the key is to remain positive in those valleys seasons and give it your all every single day.
š¬ Best part of your daily routine?
My interactions with the team. We have so many incredibly talented and hardworking individuals that have so much knowledge and drive. It is a blessing to be able to work with each of them.
