The One That Didn't Get Away

When Distribution Manager Brian Hines read the delivery instructions on a recent order, he did a double take.

 

“Draw a picture of a fish on the box.”

 

Was this a prank? A joke? A secret code? 

 

Determined to get to the bottom of it, he checked with our Sales team and — sure enough — it was legit! The customer wanted the fish on the box to ensure it was delivered directly to him.

 

Chad Pond, VP of Distribution, summed it up perfectly: “If that’s what a customer wants, we’re going to do it.”

 

The next challenge for our Distribution team was finding a fish artist. Enter Hailey Zinn, who created the masterpiece that completed this order.
